The Regulations
The Regulations define the rules for the provided services, responsibility and stay in the apartment and residential complex. At the same time it is an agreement accepted by guests at the time of renting the apartment.
- Minimum stay: 6 nights.
- Advance payment: fully refundable up to 30 days before the date of stay, then it is non-refundable.
- Payment: the amount due for the entire stay and the deposit in accordance with point 4 must be paid up to 30 days before the date of stay, otherwise the advance payment is returned and the date released for booking. To cancel your reservation, please send an email to contact@apartmentsbyana.eu.
- Deposit in case of damage to the property of the hosts: EUR 200 refundable 24 hours after returning the keys.
- Final cleaning: EUR 80 payable in cash on the day of returning the keys.
- Check-in: 14:00
- Check-out: 10:00
- Pets: accepted after e-mail arrangement.
- Quiet hours in the community: 23:00-7:00.
- Swimming pool: open from 9:00-21:00, fenced, and in the summer season supervised by a lifeguard. The pool regulations are available in the apartment and the tenant is obliged to comply with them!
- Parking: free parking is allowed along the street, spaces are also free in high season. We are not responsible for vehicles left behind or valuables in them.
- We are not responsible for items left in the apartment. Please exercise due diligence in closing windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
- The tenant is fully responsible for any damage and destruction in the apartment and within the community.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Please use the ashtrays on the terraces.
